Description of 12v 66Ah LiFePO4 rechargeable battery:
The LiFePO4 rechargeable battery 12v 66Ah is using cylindrical
lithium iron phosphate battery cell 32650 with 6000mAh capacity,
4S11P assembled and with intergrated BMS built-in. It is customized
for TV system and working with DC converter. The charging connector
for this battery pack is Anderson PP30A and discharging terminals
is M8 type.
The energy density of 32700 LiFEPO4 battery (high safety) exceeds
170wh/kg, the completed engineering sample hit 200wh/kg now is
verified the mass production process,3C charge and discharge
reached 3000 times.

Safety Test
No fire, no explosion
Charing to 3.7v and do nail penetration test, there is no fire, no
explosion, no any other obvious changes.
Nail Penetration Test and Overcharge Test
After testing, no fire and no explosion, that is definitely
approved than our lithium batteries deserve you.
Battery care and maintenance
Please charge the battery timely after kept for more than 2 monthes
so that the battery cycle life would be much
longer. The cycle life of li-ion battery would be shorted if the
battery alway be kept as fully charged state. For
long time storage, keep the battery as 40~60% state of charge (SOC)
and discharge and charge every one or two
monthes.
• Battery should be kept under dry and ventilation condition. Do
not put the battery close to fire and explosive
products. When charging the battery, cut of the load.
• The best working environment of our lifepo4 battery is 15 ~ 40
°C, please take some necessary procedures, like
heating & cooling system, or use heat insulation materials to stop
cold effect battery in winter.
• When the temperature is more than 75°C (Internal temperature of
the battery), the battery cycle life would be
shorted. So do not exposure the battery under the sun during
summer.
• When the temperature is under -20°C or lower, the battery
performance would be effect and the mileage might
be shorted.
• Do not wash the battery shell with organic solvent. If there’s
fire accident, please do not use CO2 to extinguish
the fire but use CCl4 or sand soil.

Storage Conditions
◆For long time storage ,the battery should be charged to Approx 60%
SOC ,its corresponding voltage should be 1.05times of nominal
voltage(24V,36V,60Vor72V),usually it's voltage in shipment .The
battery should be kept in storage in dry and ventilated place.
◆ The battery pack and charger should be stored in clean, dry and
ventilated place, avoid contacting with corrosive materials and be
away from fire and heat.

Standard charge Characteristics of LiFePO4 battery Pack
The "Standard Charge" means charging with constant current 0.2C
to3.65V, then charging with constant voltage 3.65V to 0.01C under
20±5℃, charging time will not more than 8h.) (Use Lithium-ion
battery charger, which with an accuracy ±0.05V.)
